Брал курс, чтобы понять, как сделать чат-бота для нашего небольшого магазина, и в итоге собрал рабочий прототип. Очень понравилось, что сначала объясняют логику диалога и продумывание сценариев, а уже потом сам промптинг. Системные промпты, которые удерживают бота в рамках темы, реально работают, проверил на своих клиентских вопросах. Немного не хватило подробностей про то, как встроить бота в реальный сайт, эту часть прошли быстровато. Но как введение от идеи до готового продукта курс свою задачу выполняет, рекомендую новичкам.

Ich habe diesen Kurs belegt, weil ich für mein kleines Unternehmen einen Chatbot bauen wollte, ohne vorher Programmiererfahrung zu haben. Die ersten Module erklären die Grundlagen des Prompt Engineerings wirklich verständlich, und danach geht es Schritt für Schritt zum Aufbau eines funktionierenden Chatbots. Besonders gut fand ich die praktischen Übungen, bei denen man direkt am eigenen Beispielprojekt arbeitet. Etwas mehr Tiefe bei der Integration in bestehende Websites hätte ich mir aber gewünscht, das wird eher oberflächlich behandelt. Trotzdem bin ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden und habe jetzt einen funktionierenden Prototyp.

Corso perfetto per chi parte da zero e vuole capire come costruire un chatbot funzionante per il proprio business. Si passa dai concetti base di prompt engineering fino alla progettazione di flussi di conversazione reali, tutto spiegato con calma. Ho apprezzato molto gli esempi concreti legati a casi di assistenza clienti.

Non avevo mai scritto un prompt in vita mia prima di iniziare questo corso, e alla fine mi sono ritrovato con un chatbot funzionante per la mia piccola attività. Le lezioni iniziano con concetti semplicissimi e crescono di complessità in modo naturale, senza mai perdere chi parte da zero. Mi è piaciuto molto il modo in cui vengono spiegati i casi d'uso concreti, tipo l'assistenza clienti automatizzata o le risposte alle domande frequenti. Ogni modulo include un esercizio pratico che ti costringe davvero a mettere le mani in pasta invece di limitarti a guardare video. Alla fine del percorso avevo già un prototipo che ho potuto mostrare a un cliente, cosa che non avrei mai immaginato quando ho iniziato.

I came in knowing almost nothing about prompt engineering and left with a chatbot I could actually demo to my team. The lessons walk you through mapping out conversation flows and writing system prompts that keep the bot on-topic, which was exactly what I needed for a customer-support use case. The business framing helped me think about what problem the bot solves before jumping into the tech. My only small gripe is that the section on connecting the bot to an actual product felt a bit rushed compared to the prompting parts. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to go from idea to a working assistant.
