Siempre me saltaba el desayuno por falta de tiempo, así que este curso me vino genial. Las recetas de poha y de moong dal chilla se preparan en minutos y me dejan saciada toda la mañana, lo que ha frenado mis antojos a media mañana. He notado que pico mucho menos y la balanza por fin se mueve. Me hubiera gustado alguna opción más para quienes no toleran bien los lácteos. Aun así, lo recomiendo sin dudar a cualquiera con prisas.
