كنت أظن أن الكيتو يعني التخلي عن كل أطباقنا الهندية، لكن الدورة أثبتت العكس. تعلمت كيف أحضّر بدائل منخفضة الكربوهيدرات للروتي وأستخدم البانير والخضار بطريقة ذكية. مستوى طاقتي تحسّن كثيراً ووزني بدأ ينزل بثبات. الملاحظة الوحيدة أنني تمنيت المزيد من وصفات الحلويات الكيتو. عدا ذلك تجربة رائعة لمن يريد الكيتو بنكهة مألوفة.

Ketojeni denemek istiyordum ama Hint mutfağından tamamen vazgeçmek istemiyordum, bu kurs ikisini mükemmel birleştirdi.
