ทำงานยุ่งมากแต่สูตร 16/8 ปรับเข้ากับตารางได้ง่ายกว่าที่คิด แค่เลื่อนมื้อเช้าออกไปและงดของว่างดึก น้ำหนักก็ค่อยๆ ลด เสียดายอยากได้ตัวอย่างเมนูในช่วงกินมากกว่านี้นิดหน่อย
