Die schlechten Detail-Bewertungen waren immer mein größtes Problem als Verkäufer. Dieser Kurs zeigt sehr konkret, wie man die DSR-Werte verbessert und die Rückgabequote senkt. Besonders die Vorlagen für die Kommunikation bei Streitfällen haben mir geholfen, Konflikte ruhig zu lösen.
