Entré a la menopausia sintiéndome perdida con los cambios de mi cuerpo y este curso me devolvió el control. La parte sobre cómo ajustar la alimentación para acompañar los cambios hormonales fue justo lo que necesitaba, y por fin entiendo por qué dormía tan mal.
