About this course

Do you often find yourself staring at a to-do list, knowing exactly what needs to be done but feeling completely unable to start? For adults with ADHD, standard productivity advice often falls short, leading to frustration and burnout. This course provides a tailored approach to managing your daily life by working with your brain rather than against it. You will explore foundational concepts of executive functioning, understand the mechanics of task initiation, and develop a personalized system that prioritizes energy management and mental well-being over rigid discipline. What you'll learn: • Understand the core mechanisms of ADHD and how they affect executive function and daily productivity. • Apply practical strategies to overcome task paralysis and improve initiation on difficult projects. • Design flexible routines that adapt to fluctuating energy levels rather than strict time blocks. • Implement modern digital hygiene practices to minimize notifications, manage screen time, and reduce sensory overload. • Build self-compassion frameworks to recover from setbacks and maintain long-term consistency without burnout. The course begins with clear definitions of ADHD terminology and executive dysfunction before moving into practical, written exercises for structuring your day. You will progress through step-by-step text modules that help you apply these concepts directly to your personal and professional life.
