このコースについて
The user experience of your web application lives and dies on the frontend. To build modern, engaging websites, you must create pages that load quickly, update dynamically, and adapt to any screen size.
This written course guides you from absolute web development basics to creating interactive web applications. You will learn how to write clean JavaScript, manipulate page elements on the fly, and exchange data with servers in the background using Ajax.
What you'll learn:
- Understand core programming concepts, including JavaScript variables, data types, and control flow
- Manipulate the Document Object Model (DOM) to dynamically update web page content and handle user events
- Implement asynchronous requests using Ajax and the modern Fetch API to load data without reloading the page
- Apply modern JavaScript syntax, including let/const block scoping, arrow functions, and async/await
- Design responsive layouts that ensure your web applications look professional on mobile, tablet, and desktop screens
You will start by exploring the foundational syntax of JavaScript and basic programming logic before moving on to browser interaction and event handling. From there, you will progress to making live server requests and structuring your code for modern, real-world web applications.
This course is designed for aspiring frontend developers and web designers who are new to programming. No prior coding experience is required, though a basic familiarity with HTML and CSS is helpful.

This provided a good overview. The explanations were decent, but sometimes I wished for more practical application scenarios. Still, a valuable learning experience.

It was a pretty good course overall. Some parts moved a bit fast, but the examples were generally helpful. Worth the investment.
