Awalnya saya kira bikin AI agent itu ribet banget dan butuh coding, ternyata dengan Copilot Studio dan panduan di kursus ini prosesnya jadi jauh lebih mudah dipahami. Pengajarnya menjelaskan tiap fitur satu-satu, mulai dari membuat topic percakapan sampai menghubungkan agent ke sumber data bisnis. Latihan-latihannya juga cukup relevan dengan kebutuhan sehari-hari, jadi nggak cuma teori doang. Satu hal yang menurut saya kurang adalah bagian troubleshooting error, rasanya agak buru-buru dijelaskan sehingga saya harus cari tahu sendiri di luar kursus.

La parte de conectar el agente con datos reales del negocio fue la que más me sirvió porque es justo lo que necesitaba para mi trabajo. Llevaba tiempo queriendo aprender a crear chatbots sin programar y este curso cumplió justo lo que buscaba. Explican paso a paso cómo diseñar los temas de conversación en Copilot Studio, cómo conectar datos de la empresa y cómo publicar el agente al final. Lo que más valoro es que no se queda solo en teoría, cada sección termina con algo que realmente construyes tú mismo. El ritmo es cómodo, ni muy lento ni apurado, y las explicaciones sobre el entorno low-code son muy claras incluso si nunca tocaste este tipo de herramientas. Terminé el curso con un asistente funcional para atención al cliente que ya estoy probando en mi negocio.
